What to send where

• Something went wrong with a call or your account

  Email us with what happened and roughly when, so we know where to look.

• Someone behaved badly in a chat

  Use report and block on the call or the message thread instead of email. That sends the context along with it, which email can’t do.

• Questions about your data

  The privacy policy sets out what we hold and how long we keep it. If something there isn’t clear, write to us.

• Press, partnerships or anything else

  Same address. Say what it is about in the subject line.

Before you write

A fair number of questions are already answered in the help center, and what the site costs is spelled out on the about page. The community guidelines cover what is and isn’t allowed in a chat.

One thing worth repeating: if someone’s behaving badly in a call, report and block them there rather than emailing us about it. Reporting carries the context with it, so it gets acted on properly.
